More about me
I have worked and gained insights as a doctor in two different healthcare settings in Mexico: a renowned private hospital and a low-income community facility. Through these experiences, I have witnessed first-hand the powerful impact of evidence-based medicine and quality healthcare standards on patient outcomes.

Recently, I’ve worked at a fast pace healthcare startup, where I worked across multiple projects to create meaningful and cohesive end-to-end products. I enjoy working alongside cross-functional teams to develop the best possible solutions. Detangling complex ideas, I get simple solutions.
I'm a great listener by nature. I make my patients feel important and heard and verify that they understand their conditions. That is what brought me to recognize scarcities in the healthcare system. Based on my experience, I acknowledge that there are more well-intentioned people in the system, but something is not working. We need to rethink and find new paths. I cherish diversity and teamwork.
Empathy is my north star in this journey, where I continuously learn and challenge myself. I drive myself with passion, curiosity, and an open mind to push the limits and think out of the box. I am a creative designer seeking ways to promote social justice. I am passionate about social good, empowering patients through health literacy, and improving health accessibility.
I am interested in treating illness and disease in patients and procuring patients' well-being, and finding solutions through caring in life-and-death scenarios. Provide the tools to find the right atmosphere according to the needs of every patient. For me, listening to people's needs and trying to understand their environment and what is the most valuable for them to facilitate collaboration and communication.
When I'm not working
I enjoy rescuing and rehabilitating stray dogs in Mexico whenever possible.
Recently, found a dog in Austin streets.
